Returns and Repairs
We at Happymonk strive to provide exception customer services. Our products go through a through quality check before they are dispatched from our warehouses. Our flooring systems and solutions are hand checked by our engineering team on the site during the servicing and installation.
Incase of any issues pertaining to the sizes or technical information related to our products you can write to us on email@example.com, your request will be processed within the next 48 hours. The matter incase needs escalation can be written to our Managing Director firstname.lastname@example.org
In certain cases you are not satisfied with our product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for the products. The products that we sell come highly recommend by some of the top Architectural and Interior Designing firms in India. In cases where there is a product at fault, we offer Credit note for the same amount to which the billing was done and you can pick any product for the same or value above the bill. Please ensure the bill is retained through the entire process, as we will not be able to provide assistance for the same.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept returns incase the product has a manufacturing defect, product not matching the certifications provided. There will a color variation in the product from batch to batch. For Institutional projects, we highly recommend procuring materials for large areas at one go, rather than multi-step buying, prevents and additional sourcing problems.
Incase the product has been taken under Finance assistance from our banking partner, we will subtract the Bank processing fee and a value of 30% from the amount. Other charges also may be applicable as per the agreement with our customer relation manager.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, it will be shipped back to your address.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will be issued within a 30 working days from the date of cancellation by the customer relation team.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once the product reaches us, our customer relation manager will get in touch with you for the further details and set up a appointment with you for your re-delivery and installation.
We recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
